1. Service Scope

Check The Moon provides lifestyle planning guidance based on moon phase models and user-selected preferences.

2. No Medical Advice

Content, scores, and suggestions are informational only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they do not guarantee outcomes.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use recommendations. For advanced or sensitive procedures, consult qualified professionals.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium features may require a paid subscription. Billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account, including renewals and cancellations.

5. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, and software rights are reserved by Check The Moon and its licensors.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with operation, reverse engineer restricted components, or violate applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Use the app in unlawful or harmful ways.

3. Subscriptions

Premium access may require an auto-renewing subscription managed via Apple. Pricing is shown by region and currency through the App Store.

4. Data and Privacy

Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

App guidance is predictive and informational. Results are not guaranteed.

6. Termination

This license ends if you breach this EULA or if the app is removed from your device.

7. Warranty and Liability
