2. On-Device Data Approach

We are designed with a local-first approach. Core personal content is stored on your device by default.

3. Purchases and Validation

For subscription management, Apple may provide transaction-related data. We process only what is needed to validate entitlement status and prevent fraud. We do not use purchase validation to build advertising profiles.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.
We do not share personal journal content with third parties for marketing.

5. Permissions

Depending on features you use, the app may request:

  • Photos (to attach images to journal entries)

  • Calendar (to add care events)

  • Location (for optional weather/UV context)

  • Notifications (for reminders)

You can revoke permissions anytime in iOS Settings.

6. Backups and Deletion

If you create backups, backup handling depends on your chosen method.
You can delete app data from within the app.
If backup files were exported outside app storage, manual removal may be required.

7. Data Retention

We retain data according to your local device storage and your actions (delete, overwrite, or uninstall).

8. Children’s Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us so we can assist.
